Trump: The President’s Religion Is Not Our Religion

President Donald Trump said in a tweet on Sunday that he does not believe in religion.

“My religion is not my religion,” Trump tweeted.

“I believe in a lot of things, but not religion.”

The president is referring to his refusal to accept that Christianity and Islam are not religions, and that Islam is a subset of Christianity.

Religion is an integral part of the American culture, Trump said, and he is open to all faiths.

“But my religion is my religion and I am not religious,” Trump wrote.

“And I have never been a Christian.

I am a Muslim.”
